Corporate History

GVT was established in June of 1999 by Mr. Anatole Kononewsky to research, develop and commercialise the Horton Non-Return Flow Valve (HNRFV) across a number of billion-dollar markets. Since this time GVT has identified, researched and developed innovative valve technology across four key global industries, achieving several key milestones in our technology development lifecycle.

Global Valve Technology Ltd is a public unlisted company under Australian law with over 50 shareholders. It directly owns 100% of its Intellectual Property.

Global Technology Development Ltd is a wholly-owned subsidiary of GVT that specializes in the design, development, and application of water, air, and fluid flow control technologies other than valves. GTD works with innovative clients, who need to increase global product sales volume, reduce costs, reduce risks of product failure, and improve profit margins.
