My Cub isn't being picked up by my computer.
If your Cub is not being picked up by your computer, then not being recognised by your computer and is not appearing as 'connected' on the Learning Lodge, then please initially check whether the device is appears as a removable disk as a CD drive in My Computer. If so, then it is likely something that we can advise on, so please contact our Consumer Services Department using our contact form. If not, then please initially attempt to utilise another USB cable, if you possess one, before contacting us.
